    Update sorry im late: ok first keep in mind i DID NOT DIET AT ALL DURING THIS so that a problem for not losing more weight but anyways the work out was really hard my legs are aching but also stonger and my wieght was 173 pounds in the first day i started and 167 when my time was over , so i lost about 6 pounds but if i have done a diet i would have lost more and my legs look smaller but a little then before so i think the work out works pretty good.

I’m somehow skinny fat at 135 pounds and being 5’7, my thighs are mainly the problem I’m a waist 30 but constantly have to watch what pants I buy cause my thighs are to big, they do have quite a bit of muscle but there’s a lot of fat on them as well you can especially see it when I sit down, I’m going to go full force and try to do this twice a day mon-fri and walking on the treadmill for an hour going 3mph at a 10 incline for anyone who is curious on seeing how well it works I’m starting it feb 10th and I’ll respond to anyone who asks on March 2nd to say if there’s been good progress… Hopefully 🤞🏻👍🏻

  10. I was too focused in doing jumping jacks, leg raises, and mountain climbers. Gotta try these. Since I have done so many excercises before going to these workouts in this video, I think I can withstand it. I need to decrease my weight because Im continually gaining weight since 4th year high school began. Im in 98 kg right now. I even wanted to enter a gym but I also need to save money.

  14. There's no workout to reduce thigh fat chutiya bana raha hai…u'll get even bigger and solid thighs after doing this…only thing you guys can do is to make ur upper body look similar as ur lower body..so it wont look weird
