  4. Great videos , lots of valuable information, I would like to order your 14 week physique sculpting program but I am way overweight (250 lbs) @ 5’9” I am 49 years old and diabetic, is your program right for me?

In order to get bigger chest, arms and a bigger body in general, should I do 5sets of 6 reps or 3sets of 10 reps?The 5 sets I usually do more Weights with less rest periods between exercises (probably 20secs) while in the 3sets I do less weights cause my muscles burn a lot more with the more reps. Great videos btw 🙂

  6. Great advice, I boil a ton of eggs each week. when I'm looking for a snack I just pop an egg. I swapped out soda for just water with lemons. I also make a weeks worth of green smoothies freeze them in mason jars and then put some in the fridge each night to defrost for the next morning.
