  1. I have been doing this arm workout every day for a week and I already see results. I lost .5 inches in my bicep area and I see some definition there already! It works!

  2. Hi Lucy…what is the stance pose I should be in to complete my exercises? It looks like you leaning on the right side leg for all of the exercises.

  4. Iโ€™ve been doing this routine for a month now and it has made such a difference ! The top of my arms are much firmer and slimmer . Highly recommended !!! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘Œ

  5. iโ€™ve always been insecure about my big arms lol, so iโ€™m making the most of quarentine to try and get into shape!!
    day 1: feeling good, did this three times! + 7 min workout
    day 2: feeing sore haha, but did this twice! + 7 min workout
    day 3: done this twice, feeling good. + stomach burning workout and 7 min
    day 4: completed this twice! + 7 min workout
    day 5: completed twice again haha + 7 min workout
    day 6: twice again, and iโ€™ve lost 2 inches off my waist!! + stomach

  6. i have really fat arms, so i'm gonna go this till the end of my quarantine. i'm also doing her abs and leg workouts.

    day 1: i'm not tired at all, and i can feel that burn in my arms.
    day 2: done. those shoulder circles are soo painful, i couldn't keep my arms straight throughout
