  2. Maybe 1 month ago I did my first unassisted body weight pull up (probably for to your pull up advice 😂) now I'm up to 3 good form pull ups in a row! Btw I weight 250 ibs

  3. I just finished this last week. I did it wrong in that I never decreased the pushups, just the rows. My bad. Regardless, my goal with it was to get better at pushups and inverted rows for the AX-1 400 Challenge and the Final X-am. Apples to Apples comparison didn't quite happen with the 400 challenge because my previous best time was 2 seconds faster than the one I got this time, however: I did full range – to the ground – pushups this time and scored within 2 seconds of my previous time only going to parallel. I found that to be a massive win. Then there was the final X-am. I had failed it twice already before starting this (35:49 and 26:40). This time I passed at 23:59.6! Your mileage may vary, of course, but I can certainly say that this worked for me. I'm probably going to go through it another time or 2 to get into a decent number of pullups range. I'm testing my max to failure pullups tomorrow.

  4. Hi i believe i can do less then 5 pull ups in on set but i can do mofe then 30 push upps in one set also so can i do a combination of inverted rows and standard pushupps or should i stick with the inverted rows and the knee pushupps

  5. I have been doing this work out 2 to 3 times per week during quarantine and I’m seeing significant improvements, thanks. I am generally stuck at the 12 pull up Max, but have been able to shorten my times throughout the second half of the ladder

  6. I never knew I could do 58 pull-ups and 102 push-ups in under 18 minutes! This routine can actually work great if you adjust to your needs and challenge yourself!

  9. Better to do push-ups and inverted/supine rows (with broomstick between two tables). This way, you have 2 exactly opposite exercises even down to the angle.

Shoulder impingement, muscle loss through gastric bypass, there are no obstacles with your teachings only solutions.one day when my finances are as healthy as my 51 year old body I'll buy your program.   12. Man, that's tough! xD I can do 12 pull ups in one set, but apparently I really struggle when doing lots of them with short breaks. Started with 10 pull ups and 20 push ups and I didn't make it back up the ladder till the end. In the second but last round I didn't get a single good pull up done, despite the two minutes break, so I decided to call it a day. Gonna do this one regularly during the next weeks untill I can do it! 😀
