  1. I did four rounds and man I am out of shape!!!! Really pathetic-sheesh. I am going to do these every night. They are especially helpful since we are on lock down and the gyms are closed. Im pretty sure my wife will like these exercises as well.

  2. You've have given eight minutes workout and a fourteen minutes workout too. So which is the best for increasing muscle mass and hgh? Also from when can I start seeing the results?

  3. I thought "oh this will be easy", i've been working out with weights for 15 years and the last 2 years i've been sitting at an office desk and working out periodically. I did this and I about died.
Things i changed after doing it twice:
1: quick run in place but not with high knees.
    2: blurpees without the jump
3: Mountain climbers but with one leg at a time (pull one leg up, put it back, pull other leg up put it back)
4: Jumping jacks, or just a squat with no jump.

This is like beginner high intensity in your video. I'm sweating like a mofo and can't breath. I recorded myself and i'm like 80 pounds of weight by looking at myself. I'm so ashamed.

  4. I just got done trying your other at home cardio and it absolutely slaughtered me because I'm so damn unhealthy at the moment, I could only make it through one set. Think I'll try this one next and maybe work something out in inbetween. Great videos, thanks man.

  5. Thank you a lot for your helpful information, I was wondering if you can tell me what the plan should I do, Anabolic pump/Arms/Finishers or Anabolic bodyweight, any of the above schedules should I follow firstly, noting that I am in my first month in your academy and my weight is 58 kg and my tall nearly 170 cm

  6. This was great, I have been researching "30 minute home workout routine" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of – Zanabriel Workout Weevilled – (search on google ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy got cool success with it.

  7. this mayb old video, but I enjoyed that cardio, I switch mine from 15 to 20sec, then, 10sec rest, not easy, but worth it. 😀 and I do 20sec, have some water after all 4 exercises. did 3 rounds all in all (about 6mins total). looking forward for results, thanks!
