1. Hey I'm a 13 year old and I want to lose weight over the next few weeks. Can someone give me a few exercises to do at home with no equipment. It's not that I'm lazy it's just I want to lose the weight in a bit more natural way. Thx

  2. Over the last 2 years I've been getting in shape. I started at 295 lbs. I started seeing a dietitian every month, going to my doctor regularly, and started hitting cardio exercises with a passion. I began walking briskly (which has worked up to running these days…just finished a 10-mile race last week), and working in strength training using resistance bands.
