1. Loved your tips on how to perform each lift, and why, and your explaining which muscle(s) each exercise works. Is it possible to make a back-shoulders-lats video with resistance bands? One for strength and flexibility, not for triangle back etc.
    It would be even more rare to find if it included some full / upper body band exercises in martial arts like the uchikomi shoulder twist and toss.
