    I've already achieved abs but not yet satisfied with the definition of my abdominal's. Now that I've been doing this 5 minute workout 4 times for just only 3 days, my abs are much more defined then they were prior. Cannot wait to see the results after a month.

  2. I love he doesn't akt like 'I'm a boss, I won't stop" really appreciate he stops whenever he feels like he can't even continue and get right back into it, he's a human as we are, love it! Andtoday let's make for the first time, rsuper excited!!

  3. The secret is to really keep your abs tight, I did this about 3 times but I gotta get better with it. My abs were super prominent after this workout and it really shaped them, definitely gonna keep doing this.
