Finish this workout on early morning, I only did one round with real reps, I followed the reps of your breakdown, and I also read it clearly and paired your demonstration , and did my reps slowly to feel my muscle , so it took me one hour more including cool down …; feel happy to complete this workout, I love I did different format this time even only ONE round πŸ™‚ circuit 2 and 3 much harder, and I love bonus too , thanks Michele! **and cardio sections are amazing!

  2. You are so creative! Always new, challenging moves! This was a great full body workout! I burnt 550 cal in the circuits and 675 with the bonus! Loved the bonus, really felt it!

  3. Hi Michele – well, another killer one! I feel like one big pile of quivering jello now. I have to admit that when we needed to stand up and do more leg exercises during the bonus, I could barely hear you over my legs whining πŸ™‚ …
    They are doing plenty of whining still, sitting in my chair at work. It is always a sign of a good workout when I am not sure which is worse, standing or sitting.. thanks! Have a great weekend.

  4. That was a killer workout. Loved all the circuits and the burpee variations. My faves were squat racks,plie squat and right/left lunge,jump squat tricep extension,hovering star crunches. Circuit 3 was very challenging for me. We did 162 pushup burpees today πŸ˜¬πŸ˜‚.The bonus circuit and cool down were amazing as always.I am a sweaty mess right now and totally done .Thank you for this awesome workout Michele.   7. I loved this routine Michele !!! It was super challenging. My muscles were burning crazily throughout and I really felt every move. I loved the lunge twist and side to side push-ups and pulses. The curls were so challenging for high reps … I had a high heart rate throughout ! Thanks for a fun routine n pushing me !!! Still exhausted hours later!!!
