1. alright, my day 1: here after the worm up, full body shred and abs, so i was burning already, and i know this one's an optional one, but because it's my day 1, i am quite pumped so i did this too
    my hands and my back burns— but it's a good burn. i am in sweat. like, completely. but this is such a great series. thank you so much chloe <3

  2. Is there a video of workout for people with no back muscles? Cuz ya girl is using the wrong muscles to these exercises cuz I dont have the ones I'm supposed to be engaging lol

  3. Wow! I just found website NextLevelDiet and read their fitness tips and recipes. I can't wait to get my diet and training plan from that site and transform my body. Summer body, here I come!

  4. currently on my first day of the summer shred challenge 😀 and I decided to try and do this "optional" workout. I made it to 3:42 lol I think that's all I have in me for today

    me: *closes eyes and focuses on breathing doing up pulses* "oh this is not bad actually…"
    Chloe: "okay no resting here we're going straight into down pulses"
    me: *closes eyes* "WTFFFFFF omg it burns so bad"
