1. Anette, I was looking for a routine I could guide my 15 years old daugther in her first visit to the gym and your video was really helpful, thank you. The only observation I have is that, for the video to be complete, you could have finish it recommending a routine including all of these exercises (number of sets and reps for each set). Anyway, excellent content! Really well explained and demonstrated.

  2. Your guide for beginners is short, straight to the point and simple for each workout and body part. I’ve seen videos where even the beginners guides are too complex for me. Definitely gonna be using this as a reference when I work out. Thank you.

  3. I really appreciated this video. Great ideas for variety-especially using cables over dumbbells bc I’m always a bit shaky w/ dumbbells & the cables allow more control. Thank you!!

  4. Thank you I have been working out at Planet Fitness for 8 weeks and have great progress and for someone who used to hate exercise I am now addicted. I work out 4-5 days a week 60-75 min. But this was great for form and some new ones. Post workout food or shake would be auper heloful!!

  5. This is actually one of the best videos I’ve seen that help explain what machines to use and how to use them. I’m a beginner and want to get into the gym, but it’s so daunting not knowing what to head for and do, especially when you suffer with anxiety like I do.
Thank you! You’ve given me the motivation I need

  6. Thank you for that video!! I just started this week and been sticking with cardio because it’s the only thing i know how to use! What you recommend using for beginner for tummy loss and tightening? I’ve had 6 children and I’d love to have that back to where it used to be!

  7. Thank you so much for the video! It helped me feel more confident in the gym. It's been a very long time since I worked out in gym. I am used to balance balls, yoga and running. This has been a great change that I needed.

  8. Thank you, i stopped going to the gym because i have no idea how to use this machines and i can’t afford a personal trainer to teacher me lol,

  9. Thank you so much. Lost a considerable amount of weight. From 471 to 300. Joined a gym to lose the rest and develope muscle tone. The folks at the gym will help you too. Don't be intimidated. It will surprise you to know that most everybody is excited to meet you and help you learn how to take better care of yourself.

  10. So glad I stumbled across this. I've only been doing cardio as I dont understand alot else yet. If I were to do a lower half session could I do cardio for 10 mins then the lower half exercises but x3 sets?
Then on upper half do the exercises 3 sets of 12 plus cardio? Would that be sufficient?
