  1. Just finished this one and as I'm doing some cool down and drinking all the water in the house cuz I haven't exercised in ages. I'm feeling super energized and ready to go for work! Even though I'm just starting this journey to a better me in so glad that there is someone here that's so ready and happy to help people on they're fitness journey.

  2. You don't want to lose weight, you want to lose fat. By following stupid diet plans, I was primarily losing muscle mass. Oh god, how dumb I was? You only need correct diet and some kind of training, and the best thing is that you can find both (and much more) on website called NextLevelDiet.

  3. i'm gonna update this everyday i think:) – i do joanna soh indoor step challenge before this-
    day one: it was hard man i can'T breath
    day two: my legs kinda hurt but felt good after doin it
    day three: it's getting easier for me!! i feel strong

Thanks to this beautiful woman!! i just f inished the thigh slimming challenge , and although i did not see results in my inner thighs my outer thighs / saddlebags are so much better than before !! i reccommend this and although you may think bc they are low intensity the will do nothing , engage your legs and put faith in the program , it works!!

    I did it for the first time today and i will do the Workout often in a row with a lot of music 🙂

  6. This is my last routine of the 25 day Slim Thigh Challenge. Thank you for everything, Chloe! And thank you guys for making me laugh and for suffering with me through the workouts.
