1. After hearing her breathe as she goes through this workout, I don’t know if I should be impressed or afraid. But I’m going to do this tomorrow. Been looking for a good kettle bell workout to knock me to my knees lol! Be safe everybody!!

  4. I can’t wait to try this tomorrow, the thing I can see myself struggling with is mountain climbers and anything demanding (high intensity) for my knees. I have dodgy knees which give way, lock up and cause chronic pain. But I love kettlebell and dumb bell workouts 🙂

  6. A little warning/sub on screen of what’s coming next would be helpful. Stop smoking or do more cardio girl. This isn’t a hard workout, and your heavy breathing is REALLY distracting.

  7. I did this workout for the first time yesterday. I have been doing other workouts for the last five weeks and decided to do this one on my last workout day of the week. My GOD!!! I'm hurting so bad. I will continue to add one of her workouts on my last workout day from this point on. I will post my results monthly. Thank you so much. I thought I was just out of shape until I finally did this video and the instructor was breathing just as hard as I was. Love this!!! I have subscribed.

  8. Only criticism I have is that the shots panning out from behind the camo net looked a bit voyueristic and well… creepy. I'm sure a bit of artistic flair is what was being aimed for, but it just seemed a bit out of place! It'd be much better to be able to see her reps and form for longer. Oh, and perhaps some sort of text on screen with the round/exercise/rep number, along with audio indicators for the timed parts. It would be really helpful to people who want to put this on their TV at home and follow along. 🙂

    Anyway, great workout and nice to see a no thrills, nice form, straight to the point workout!
