I've done the pike push-ups then I felt so much pressure in my head. I watched in the mirrow and saw that all most my complete head was full of bruises. Are there other ways to train the shoulders efficiently as the pike push-ups

Bring back the old style where u do the full amount of reps. Got tired of pausing and skipping back cuz u finished early and moved onto the next one.
