  4. Hi Lucy, I stumbled upon your channel and it has been the BEST exercise to get me back into shape. You see I was diagnosed with breast cancer in June of 2019. After going through chemo, a mastectomy, and severe neuropathies from the chemo, I thought I was never going to be able to exercise. So I tried one of your twenty minutes workouts and I actually broke out into a sweat! That was about 3 weeks ago and I have been doing one of your routines daily! Thank you so much for your enthusiasm, your energy and your love for others in creating this ministry to help those of us who had almost given up. Iโ€™m hoping to keep improving as I continue my healing journey โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ

  5. Did this after a 2 month hiatus from working out.. it really kicked my butt! I am super out of breath and sweating, a great kick start to working out again!
