  1. As a personal trainer let me say this is an excellent video and workout. That said you only had one back exercise with the prone floor pull. I would like to see more heavier high
    back work such as pull ups and chins and rows for the low back and extensors. I work out at home with body weight, bottles and jugs (weighted with water) and resistance bands for a full body workout.

  2. Great workout buddy. I love it. I’m doing it everytime you post a video. Thanks a lot for you help us to be on good shape and a strong body.
