1. Looks like a good workout, but if you need a inclined bench it requires more than just dumbbells. Keep that kinda stuff in mind. I notice this stuff because I'm working out at home because I can't freakin go anywhere right now lol

  4. If I'm integrating this routine with your legs workout, should I do 5 excercises of back and 5 for legs or like 2-3 for each? I'm also integrating a core workout as well.
