1. Good workout, but I wonder why you do the eccentric motion so fast. It almost looks like you 'drop' in a way. Your joints and tendons are taxing so much then, not in a good way. Eccentric motion is as important as the concentric motion.

  2. Winner of a video, I've been looking for "female calisthenics beginners" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Jamescan Calisthenics Caboshed – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin got excellent results with it.
