1. I LOVE and appreciate that your videos are music-less. This allows me to put own favorites on in the background. I'm a metal head and all the watered down pop/rock or public domain used today for most fitness programs makes working out painful for me mentally, so thanks!! I'm entering 55 in 12 weeks and intend to do so toned and strong.

  2. Only recently bought a stepper. Didn't know what do to with it. This workout is great. Water running down me, but so much fun. Thanks guys. Will like to see more workouts like this.
