  2. I did this one yesterday and loved this. It keeps your arms and waist engaged and you can literally feel the burn if you engage your core nicely. My waist is killing me today but it's all worth it. I'm going to stick to this one. Thank you Lucy ❤️💋

  3. Just completed this workout for the first time. After the first one my arms were already burning lol (could be that I didn't warm up maybe) but it was a little intense. I got through it though 💪. Thank you Lucy 😃
