1. Hey Tiffany, I love your workouts that I have tried my problem is that I have been diagnosed with arthritis in some of my joints and I always feel like giving up. It's very helpful when I hear you talking about don't give up, I try to take it slower then usual and feel better in the end. Thanks for all you do.

  2. I really like you and your workouts but when you say "3" times. I don't think so. I have been in so much pain lately.  I have arthritis in my knees and joints. I am bloating and swelling. I used to be able to do many of your workouts, but now I do not know what kind of exercises to do for my arthritis.  Can you give me some advice?

  5. hola ,Tiffany yo hago todos los dia ejercicio contigo tu heres mi maestra y me encanta sabes algo yo estaba gordita y e bajado mucho de pesó también tenia problemas de circulación de sangre me salian muchos moretones en mis piernas y brazos y gracias a Dios ya no sólo pido a mi padre celestial que te cuidé y multiplique de bendiciones tu trabajo te ,,mandó saludos desde orizaba.

  7. wow Tiffany you didnt even sweat at the end of this and it was 17 minutes your body must be getting more endurance and you must be making real progress your body looks beautiful by the way as always you have the most solid defined six pack abs i have ever seen on a woman and your kids are in great shape too, glad to hear you are feeling good again stay on top and keep making these great videos Tiffany Roth.
