Ok so this saved my life in these quarantine times. I was able to do all of these at home and it felt as food as working out in the gym. Thank you.

I just started getting into dumbells workout at home. I was wondering if I can do it lying on my bed? cause I don't have the bench Orrr should I do it standing up? Because all the videos I've watched I've seen everyone doing it lying down and I'm not sure why?
