How is the Farmer’s Carry part of an Athlean workout video program? Or do we just have to add this on afterwards? I haven’t purchased the Athlean system. I’m curious how all these mini-workouts and advice from the Youtube channel fit into that program.

How much is too much? I currently go on walks every day with the gf and its about 2 miles. Im carrying a 20lbs kettle bell and alternate at certain points during the walk
