  2. Jeff you seemingly forgot a key part … if we are carrying quite heavy how long do you suggest we do it for? One minute? 10 minutes??

  3. How is the Farmer’s Carry part of an Athlean workout video program? Or do we just have to add this on afterwards? I haven’t purchased the Athlean system. I’m curious how all these mini-workouts and advice from the Youtube channel fit into that program.

  4. How much is too much? I currently go on walks every day with the gf and its about 2 miles. Im carrying a 20lbs kettle bell and alternate at certain points during the walk
