If I get a slim and curve body then I'm doing this even if I like it or not. 🥺 Quarantine made me overweight well not that much but still I want to be healthy not by dieting but by exercising 🌼 guys don't do dieting cause food gives us vitamin, protein and others and if we lack them then it won't be good for our body so eat food but in a limit and do exercise in the morning cause it's good. Best of luck guys who ever is doing this workout. Hope you have a excellent result.

  5. Day 1: I had to take several breaks lol wasn't extremely hard but was def a struggle especially since im on my period. i made sure to drink plenty of water tho. altogether a pretty good first day

  6. Anyone else here who absolutely DESPISES burpees and plank jacks (up and down planks are a bitch too lol)?? 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

  7. I enjoy this but struggling A LOT as a beginner, I feel you should have options for the those who are brand new to exercising. But enjoying it so far!
