1. I enjoyed your workout and was challenged by all the upper body work. That was great. My only suggestion is if you could hold the stretches a bit longer. By the time I look at what your doing and move into the stretch you’re moving onto the next stretch. Looking forward to seeing your next workouts from my home in Australia
