  3. Lol this stuff won't get you anywhere even doing it every day. It's just 10 random exercises they grabbed for a marketing video. To get his actual physique you need to count calories and macronutrients, plan your meals, workout everyday with each day targeting a different body group and gradually work your way up.

  4. Chris was in amazing shape in the movie Extraction. This workout is great if you’re limited in equipment, and have little time. Chris Hemsworth incorporates a ton of heavy lifts and a high caloric diet to look the way he looks.
