1. Hi Cassie, I just wanted to say thank you so much for making these Blogilates videos. I've had issues with the way I look in the past, think I was overweight etc but turns out that I have an inherent muscle weakness. I was prescribed pilates by a doctor but of course classes are expensive and having to go to them everyday is far too time consuming for a student like myself. Being able to start your beginners calendar to build my strength and then more onto your monthly calendars has helped me so much and after only a couple of months I feel so much happier with the way I look and will continue to follow your calendars and recommend you to anyone that gives me the opportunity.
