    25 planks step out
    25 plank jump in and out
    40 reverse lunges
    25 rotating planks ~plank or push-up position, whichever is more comfortable~
    30 squat jumps
    40 squat pulses
    50 butterfly kicks
    30 bicycle crunches
    25 bodyweight squats

    (take breaks if needed)
