1. Great discussion of the variations. It took me back in time though. All the way back to the 1950's and 60's to my routine with the Army when the Daily Dozen was part of our life. Several of the variations were included in the Daily Dozen regimen.

  4. This video helped me a lot, and I just wanted to say thanks <3 About 4 weeks ago, I started with burpees without jumping.. I gradually progressed the intensity and frequency. Now I'm doing 100 hop squat burpees in combination with other exercises. Thank you for teaching the variations and progressions! I would like to request if you can also teach the proper form and progressions of other exercises – push ups, alligators, and other calisthenics/body weight exercises 😀

  5. I used to swimming in public swimming pool for 2 hours once a week but after quarantine I do 25 times burpees with combination of mountain hike and push up. It is like I'm about to die. My goal is do 50 times burpees every day hope I can reach it.
