  1. Hey guys! So this is my 4th and final attempt to upload this workout. I so badly want to be able to show you how to do these routines with zero jumping because so many of you need this option. So I had to take out the high quality music and take out some routines because of copyright. But here we are. This is for you ❤️

  5. this looks so fun and i love BTS so it might keep me motivated. i'm going to try this tomorrow morning because i'm seriously overweight and out of shape but i want to get in 20-30 minutes worth of cardio daily.

  10. thanks so much for this! I'm in an apartment and want to get a good workout in without disturbing my downstairs neighbors. also, being a chesty girl, sometimes jumping is straight up painful. lol. thanks again!!!

  12. ah i really thank you for this i needed to lose weight but any other cardio seems impossible bcs i have an ankle strain (caused by sprains that never healed) so the ones with jumping hurts so so much. so thank you so much for this 😭😭

  13. Thank you so much!! I love BTS and I love this!! I have advanced psoriatic arthritis in my back, neck, hips, and knees. I have a hard time moving…but as I think I'm finally on a biologic drug that is working (after 5 attempts), I want to get some of my strength and balance back! I won't be able to do all of the moves in the beginning or the whole workout at once starting out, but this is sooo awesome!! I can start out with one or two and work up! Thank you!!!

  14. Did this workout durring my surgery recovery I had on Nov 21-19.Do to a limpoma I had .Now I have to deal with the nerve and muscle they messed up durring the surgery for about 6-7monthes. And I did not want to be a couch patatoe .I wanted to mention I did have to make alot of modifications even on the low impact ones.But now I just got done and proud that I at least moved around and killed it . And I defenetly got a my sweat going on.Thanks Cardio Party Mashup Fitness🥵👍💯🙂
