  1. I do this work out exactly as Jeff but don’t find it that hard however my abs aren’t any good or very visible and I have around 14-15% body fat, I don’t feel that much abdominal pain after workouts…. what’s wrong with me

  4. So, I decided to do this workout routine because I didn't found a abs routine of girls that I feel that I'm really working.
    I would try to do all the week for 1 month, so I started today.

    1 day: ✔️
    I really feel on pain, obviously is my first day, my abs are tingling haha.

    2 day: ✔️
    I feel more pain than yesterday I think because my body didn't make workout almost past weeks, so my abs are fried xd

    My mother language isn't English, sorry if some word are wrong 🙂

  5. Yeah that's a mad work out, thanks mate. My legs felt like steel beams. Exhausting but really good quick work out. I walked around for the rest of the day and felt my abs continue to burn the fat off my stomach..
