    I did this workout then did 500 skips with a skipping rope and then ran 200 metres and did a 1 minute leg exercise before sleep
    I'll do this every day and update 😅😅😅

  2. Hi im back here to comment whats the result and its soooo awesome,my weight from 43 to 33 uwuuuuu im so happy and my waist before is 32 and now its 25. Lol im back after 9 months.

  3. Hola a todos yo soy una chica de 15 años y peso 86kg haré esta rutina durante un mes y veamos los resultados regresare cada semana y les diré mi avance

    Llevo una semana haciendo esta rutina y la verdad si da resultados en esta semana he bajado 3kilos y la verdad si reduci un poco las porciones de comida pero de que funciona funciona
    Regreso la siguiente semana

    My legs are skinnier and today i wasn't so tired after the workout as i was in the beginning.
