  3. You got the quad and glute lunges the wrong way round. Leaning forward targets the glutes more. Staying upright puts more tension on the quads….

  4. I did this routing and nearly killed me, I didn’t finish all the reps but I’m committing myself to get it all done by the end of the week, I only workout legs three days a week, is that okay? I’m a girl and new to working out, thank you for making this videos 🙂

  5. This workout blew up my legs. If you do it with max 1 min rest between sets and 10 kl in each hand you will get a great workout

  6. there are three videos on your channel about leg training, i tried to follow one of them and it's really good. My question now is: do I always have to follow the usual routine or can I alternate with the other videos you propose and in what sequence?
