You got the quad and glute lunges the wrong way round. Leaning forward targets the glutes more. Staying upright puts more tension on the quads….

What's the difference between the first and last exercises?
This workout blew up my legs. If you do it with max 1 min rest between sets and 10 kl in each hand you will get a great workout
