1. instead of doing ear to shoulder laying on the back which seems like it's supposed to work the side of the neck, do it laying on the side so as he said using gravity as the resistance. doing ear to shoulder on the back is like doing chest fly's standing up the range of motion is with the crest mostly but the resistance is all in the shoulders.

  2. This is awesome! My question is how often should I do them? Should I do them every day for faster results or three times a week with rest days in between? I want to eventually have a neck like Brian Urlacher.

  3. Im a skinny dude but ima still use this to help my pencil neck. I know my neck will still be skinny but ill have strong neck better then weak neck
