Hey Rebecca 2 years ago i had 82 kg and i was 18 it was awful so i decided to workout i started diet and saw ur videos on xhit from that time my life changed i did ur exercises everyday for 3 month and i lost 20 kg now i feel amazing and i keep doing ur workouts 2 3 times a week thank u soo sooo much u were such an inspiration
