1. I have been doing this for 2 weeks now, am the body is more flexible, I do 10 mins morning and 10 mins in the evening, I will come again for more update, but so far I sweat a lot it shows am burning calories, as long as I watch what I eat am sure I will be fine

  2. Thanks so much for this workout! I also am a mom to three kids: three energetic young boys! It’s been a little while since I’ve worked out, so I needed this. I have a love/hate relationship with HIIT. Hate it because most are so stinkin’ tough to do. Love it because you can get it over with and go about your day.   3. I am really fat and I love this work out because it is beginner friendly. I still have to learn to do planks but, I appreciate this workout. There's hope.
