I have been doing this for 2 weeks now, am the body is more flexible, I do 10 mins morning and 10 mins in the evening, I will come again for more update, but so far I sweat a lot it shows am burning calories, as long as I watch what I eat am sure I will be fine

i'm 20 and i had to stop at 6, haven't worked out since high school and i hadn't realized how out of shape I've gotten
