  1. I just got my stability ball and I'm bookmarking this one for sure!! I like the way she explains everything, and it's beginner. I also like that it covers the whole body.

    Just did this for the first time. It was perfect for a beginner like me! It was challenging, but not too hard. I have like no core I think, lol. I was totally shaking. Thank you so much!!

  2. I have a pinched sciatica nerve I hurt back in November.. and lately my right groin and lower back has been hurting bad.. I hope this works .. Thank You Pahla 🙂

  3. I just completed these exercises, and I have to say THANK YOU! I was beginning to wonder if I had made a mistake in buying one of these, because I had only bad experiences with trying it out until tonight – I actually DIDN'T fall off the ball for once!! I will continue to do this until I feel more secure, and then move on to something more challenging. 😁

  4. HI PAHLA! I'm on day 4 of your over 50 challenge AND have been doing this ball along with it. Then I do 10 min on the rowing machine. I love what you do and will work on contributing to your efforts! THANK YOU!

PAHLA!!  I was at work last week and had access to a fitness ball, so I decided to do this one over my lunch break.  There really wasn't enough room in my office to do this workout properly, but I did the best I could.  But what was so interesting was to see how much you've grown since this video was filmed.  Your enthusiasm was, of course, apparent as always, but your videos these days are full of fun and energy and tips on how to make the workouts our own. Your focus now on the mental aspect of fitness in addition to the physical parts is so helpful.  Congrats on your journey!  I think you're exactly where you're supposed to be in this life.  🙂
