1. I can do a max of 7 pushups and just one set at that 😐
    Also, I feel the (slight) pain in my arms and almost nothing in my chest. Am I doing it wrong or am I just too weak cuz I'm a beginner?

  2. Hahaha great workout routine! I’m aiming for good chest muscles and I’m very skinny and the form is the problem for me, whenever I do any of these my arms always start spreading apart :/ . And my back sometimes caves in, or sticks up. Can you make a video for tips on this?

  3. I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from NextLevelDiet, so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying
