I did an old ab workout from Blogilates yesterday( it was also a beginners video). LOL And I am so tense now in my stomach!!! Woah, this is crazy that it is a beginners workout. Haha but hey it is always going to be harder when your just now coming back to working out. We have to push through!!!! And drink some water!!!
