  2. Day 4: Started with the Mickie James Yoga Warmup and decided to add this to my new Anti-Fibro Flare up regime. Picking those whose body types are closer to mine. Thanks again for posting these videos. Been slowly helping with my pain. Hope everyone stays healthy and safe =^^=
