1. the regular crunch felt like a break during this workout. All the moves are so intense. I always did blogilates 5min abs, my sister sent me this to try and i loved it! The most intense was the butterfly crunch 😳. My new favorite ab workout! 😍

    Day 4: my neck hurts so bad 😂😂😂 I can definitely see progress, my obliques and middle line are taking place but it really helps to eat well. Abs are made in the kitchen lol
