1. Are you kidding me? I can maybe get through 1 round…I think some people are just born with stronger cores..and the rest of us arent meant to have abs

  2. You funny. Too long First round long enough but not hard enough. Otherwise not bad abs should be short and intense. Full crunch probably not best idea either.

  3. Great workout Scott! I've been doing this for a month now through lockdown, 3 times a week, plus cardio and pushups and really see a difference in my body! Once i'm through the first round I may as well keep going to the end! Thank you 🙂

    i really like the part at the end when you say

  5. I start this routine during quarantine, it's been 3 weeks now and I do it every day i can see great change in my abs! Thanks alot Scott, hope to see more workout 💪
