Are you kidding me? I can maybe get through 1 round…I think some people are just born with stronger cores..and the rest of us arent meant to have abs

You funny. Too long First round long enough but not hard enough. Otherwise not bad abs should be short and intense. Full crunch probably not best idea either.
I’m 14 nearly 15 and am skinny, I have done 4 days and I am not getting used to it, I will update in a week or two
