  1. I love this video. I even like the “messiness.” Keep in the summary of the activity. I found it all interesting and helpful. I also laughed out loud when you mentioned the night with the shortbread and peanuts. Been there, done that!

  2. I love those protein shakes. Have recently transitioned to plant based eating, and I miss those the most. I’d get 3 espresso shots over ice in a venti cup, then pour the shake over the ice. 2 points and I was satisfied for hours. The caramel was my favourite flavour; vanilla is nice as well.

  3. You did great! For me, it always feels good to know I can have a guilty pleasure and then get right back on track as long as I don't indulge in too many of them! lol And yes, I have a favorite mug too! 🙂

  4. Congratulations on your milestone. Thank you for the reality and honesty. "Perfect" is never achievable.
    I enjoy the casual nature of these videos. I'm not on a plan of any kind, but I suffer from extreme food allergies so I get the managing of food.
    And yes, I have a favorite mug too!
