    I am kashish from India and I am 18 years old .I would like to thank you because only because of you I'm able to lose my weight.Actually last year I got PCOD and due to which I gained a lot of weight and I started looking bloated and at that moment I started feeling very low but then I got to know about your YouTube channel and I followed all your videos properly and exercised with full determination and today after 2 months I can clearly see the results as I weighed at 54kg back then and today I'm at 50 kg.So, thank you so much for helping me out and making feel confident and motivated again.
