  3. Day 1: Was a little hard but not too much bc I've done workouts like this before. bur felt really good after like i did a hard workout.
    Day 2: Still just as hard and painful (it gets easier and less painful over just a bit of time trut me) but again feel like it was a really good workout.

  4. I have tried using quite a few weight reduction programs already but none of them offered me the final results just like I got using this “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) course. Also I am not consuming much as I was in the past, I still do not feel jittery or even sense a crash I’ve reduce around 15 pounds since employing this item. .

    Day2: I’m a little more sore today I didn’t have longer rest and I didn’t pause the video at all. My legs hurt but I’m still excited to continue
