  2. Thank you so much for your effort to make those great videos! I'd love to know if your beautiful skin color is your natural tan, or if you used something to achieve it.

  3. G'day Caroline from a Sydney-sider who has relocated to Central West NSW. Keep up the exercise with Schellea and know we're all in this together; sisters on a self-care mission. Love and light to you.

  4. I am so glad I found this video – when I started I couldn't get all the way through without stopping during one of the exercises – I can now do the whole thing through!!! thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!

  5. Really enjoying your videos. I keep finding more and more and I’m saving them to a playlist for arms and cardio and core and especially for knee pain. Very helpful and I love your encouragement as we go through this , πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌkeep it up.

  6. Love your exercises, I have been doing them daily, you are so beautiful and inspiring, thank you.
Hi Caroline, I too am finding it difficult, just take care, one day at a time x

  7. Did it without weights because of bad shoulders and arms, I have trouble hanging out the laundry so I knew there was no way I would get through this. I tightened my muscles as I was following you and got through it. Thank you once again.

  8. Thanks Schellea for another great workout. Short, sweet and so effective! And hi Caroline! I'm so sorry for your years of darkness. It sounds like you're beginning to see the light , so keep doing these exercises and soon you'll feel stronger and more confident. All my best, Teri

  9. Looking forward to getting some tone to my soft arms . working my way through all of your videos, enjoying every one ( never found something I enjoy ) also doing several per day .
Thanks for motivating me & giving me something to look forward to doing each day as I was in a funk , usually staying in bed until late afternoon ,evening ,then just sitting on sofa all night .
Also been out walking this week , getting some some & fresh air plus a little more exercise .
As a side note leave a minute between exercises / reps to avoid strains .
Stay safe , take care x

  15. Wow! That workout went by quickly. And a note to Caroline: Hello, sweet lady! Please know you're being thought of by this woman in the USA. 19. Caroline – you are stronger than you know! I, too, am dealing with sporadic depression (just a lil, tho – nothing like yours, I’m sure … so I’m not trying to minimize yours!)… mine is primarily in-law problems πŸ™„πŸ˜’ but we can beat this! 21. Caroline, no you are not alone. Whatever cross you are bearing, stay strong and confident that your burdens will be lifted…your source is with you & carrying you when you need it most.

  22. Hi Carolyn, Everything is going to be ok. I just had, during the pandemic, a double mastectomy. No family permitted to go with me and no reconstruction because it was deemed non essential. It has been most difficult but I get up everyday even tho I don't feel like it, I take care of myself and yes however you are feeling is ok. Everyday I tell myself, "It's going to be ok" It's going to be ok for you too.
