1. That was AWESOME, thank you Sydney! 60 min S & C, (and HIIT) are my favorites. In fact, this is my new favorite as I enjoyed it even more than the 11/7/2018 60 min S & C.

  2. This was an AWESOME workout!!! I am a D1 athlete and I come to your videos almost everyday to keep me in shape for season next year. Thank you for keeping me motivated and inspired even during uncertain times and for providing challenging, yet doable workouts to keep me in tiptop shape.
