  4. my name is james two years ago my weight was 430lbs today i'm maintaining a wt of 230 WOOHOO! I'm always looking for ways to maintain my weight and I believe the information in this video is a excellent path to success and I fully intend on implementing it to help maintain my weight. But if you are like I was it's harder to eat less so I found a product that actually worked for me. If you want to see if it works for you go check it out @t I can tie my shoes without holding my breath that will only make sense to you if you are as large as I was ..just trying to help

  5. 1. Drink about 3 litres of water a day
    2. Only eat when you feel hungry.
    3. Eat lots of carrots, fruits, avocados (avocados also help with acne I heard)
    4. Try do some exercise if you have free time
    5. If you want a snack, eat it because a little bit of sugar won't effect you really, if you carry on the diet/routine afterwards. But try not to eat to much of that snack.

    Those are just a few tips because I tried them and it did work surprisingly. I noticed I lost a bit of weight and I'm only 11!

  7. I've done all these already, and I'm working out for an hour every day. I'm still gaining weight. I'm 13 and my mom doesn't really allow me to diet yet. Will dieting help? What should I do?

  9. i used to skip meals and my parents wouldn’t even notice so i lost a lot of weight and now quarantine made me eat a lot so haha i gained TOO much weight so i’m trying to be in the middle which i don’t think there’s a middle but whatever

  10. I didn’t eat dinner for 2 days and I kinda lost weight. Of course I was happy but my mom keep telling me to eat,she not wrong though.But the reason I wanna lose weight because my mom keep calling me fat. I wanna lose weight so that she can stop insulting me…yes she kinda stop now :))
