Every single one of these you post I honestly write them down and try to follow how you do it exactly, the lunges and squats,burpees one killed my legs for an entire week couldn't even walk up or down stairs for 3 days LOL. I'm also a beginner though. The 8 min fat burning

So I judged started doing your workouts before I go on a run and afterwards and I can really feel a burn. I'm just curious what do you think would be a good diet for building up some lean muscle mass?
hey Jack, thanks for the vids, they really help me a lot. I have a problem. You know when you do crunches or situps your back hurts, i get that a lot. Just wondering how can you reduce it and whats the name of that mat-like thingy you put on your back??
So like I already swim for my team at school but I want to get a lot more fit but if I swim and after wards I go running and do something after running what should it be ? Need some guidance haha. Sorry to bother.
