It would have been much better if I found out this “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) a couple of years back. I lost 12 pounds in three weeks up to now. Of course I exercise a few times a week, and also eat good food. The end result shown to me is remarkable. Definitely, this plan is important and I do wish this would work to you too as it did to me. .

Burpees kills me
So I'm guessing that they couldn't find a woman strong enough to withstand a full minute of burpees🤷♀️
I did like 5 burpees and feel like I'm going to die. The bridges are effective. Going to "try" to do this 5 days a week. At my speed though. This is more effective than the Bowflex.
