Of course I exercise a few times a week, and also eat good food. The end result shown to me is remarkable.   6. I did like 5 burpees and feel like I'm going to die. The bridges are effective. Going to "try" to do this 5 days a week. At my speed though. This is more effective than the Bowflex.

  10. It works yesterday at night i did it 3 times so i reapeat the video 3 times and when i finish i was clompletly full like of water al my stomach al my body its so good it works!!!today im going to invite my mom to do it.😊😊😊😉😉😀😀👯👯👯👯👯
